Its been totally a different day so far for me. Its raining and I just can’t keep my mind away a moment thinking about U n ME. If one loves a person isn’t it consistent? isn’t it grand with no longings, no hurt feeling but just pure bliss? The things she has made me feel is ambiguous. At times I feel like soaring and flying high but most of the time I feel like an angel with only one wing. Sometimes when I’m all alone I keep thinking of the time when we can be together again and make all our dreams a reality. But my greatest wish is that somehow the rain god would be kind and we can have all of it and the tune played in the background, U n ME, love in rain....

PS: Self inspired; rest left for creative imagination.

Mission Marriage

Since most of my classmates are geared up waiting in queue to tie the knot, I thought of penning down few words, which I observed during my recent conversation with them. I was amazed by the way, ‘girls to be aunties’ analyze the lifestyle of guys. Adding to the surprise is age that expire both for girls to be aunties and guys to be uncles desperately in search to tie the knot or get tied. Then what after expiry date? Its sort of taboo, at least among us Hindus, which is not amenable by me.
Top reasons for this jiffy nature that I came across were that, Females feel its safer to have pregnancy before they are 26 n also by 25 they start feeling older & are scared of loosing that girlish charm on their faces and most importantly worried about their figure n weight. Cheers! I never knew all these or at least I pretend so. Males specially software engineers, it seems they are scared of their average sperm count which happens to be slipping down like Dimple Kapadia’s clothes these days according my friend which he explains here. Well everyone has their point to prove but at this point of time I would say make love, not war & when you feel like experiencing both, only then get married.

living with reservations

Its always been an embarrassment to hear & answer this question. As for “who asked it?”, I suggest not to be concerned about as long as you believe you have answered. And weather its right or wrong? Is debatable.
“If you believe in a casteless society, every major step you take must be such that you move towards a casteless society. Unfortunately, the step we are taking today in accepting the mandal report, is a caste formula. While accepting this reality, we must dilute that formula and break it by ADDING SOMETHING to it. Even at this late hour, there is time to pull the country back from caste division”.. & continues. Any idea who told these words? Well its none other than our late PM Mr. Rajiv Gandhi.

After 60 years of so called “In-dependence”, our current political leaders graduated from ‘Gandhi School Of Politics: A politics of convenience, not always of conviction’ are still ADDING SOMETHING only to increase the reservation quota which is a shame. When having reservations for the past 60 years have not contributed to developing INDIA, then why still have it!?!
